Weigh out approximately 2 to 3 grams / 2 teaspoons of black tea leaves. Infuse the tea leaves in a teapot filled with just below boiling (90-95ºC) water for three to four minutes. You can reuse the same leaves to steep many cups of tea, until the flavour from the leaves has been exhausted. Feel free to adjust the weight of tea leaves used, water temperature and steeping time to suit your personal taste.
Wengyangcun Tea Garden
The green tea material for this tea comes from a 90 acre tea garden located high up in the mountains of Fu'an, Ningde, Fujian Province, China. Here, No.6 cultivar tea trees are grown at an altitude of 800m to produce white and green tea. The leaves are processed in a factory nearby in Fu'an City.
