    Brewing Instructions: Nilgiri Mountains

    How to brew

Weigh out 2 to 3 grams of black tea leaves. Place the leaves in a teapot and fill the teapot with freshly-boiled water. Infuse the leaves in the boiling water for around 3 minutes. Once 3 minutes has passed, separate the leaves and enjoy your freshly brewed tea. You may then use the same leaves to re-brew many more cups of tea, until the flavour from the leaves has been exhausted.

    Nilgiri Mountain Range

The Nilgiri Mountains is the name given to a range of mountains covering over 3900 km² in Southern India. Tea started to be grown in Nilgiri in 1883, following its surrender to the British East India Tea Company at the end of the Anglo-Mysore Wars.
