Brewing instructions: Nettle Mint and Lemongrass
How to make
Weigh out 2 to 3 grams of leaves. Place the leaves in a teapot and fill the teapot with freshly-boiled water. Infuse the leaves in the boiling water for 5 to 6 minutes. Once the time has passed, separate the leaves and drink your freshly brewed infusion! The same leaves can be used to re-brew many more cups, until you feel the flavour has been exhausted.
