    Brewing Instructions: Milk Oolong

    How to make

    Weigh out 2 to 3 grams of oolong tea leaves. Infuse the leaves in a teapot or gaiwan filled with freshly-boiled water for two to three minutes. The same leaves can be used to re-brew many more cups of tea, until the flavour from the leaves has been exhausted.

    Legend

    According to one legend, Milk Oolong tea - also known as Oolong #27 or Jin Xuan - was discovered by tea farmers in Taiwan who watered growing tea bushes with milk.
