    How to make

    Weigh out 2 to 3 grams of black tea leaves. Infuse the leaves in a teapot filled with freshly-boiled water for around three minutes. The same leaves can be used to re-brew many more cups of tea, until the flavour from the leaves has been exhausted.


    Chai has traditionally been drunk in India for hundreds of years. Some historians believe it was invented over 9000 years ago, when the King of modern day India mastered up the receipt for a medicinal beverage. The recipe has since evolved countless times with many different spices and herbs.
