Brewing Instructions: Golden Monkey
Weigh out 2 to 3 grams of black tea leaves. Infuse the leaves in a teapot filled with freshly-boiled water for three to four minutes. The same leaves can be used to re-brew many more cups of tea, until the flavour from the leaves has been exhausted.
If legend is to be believed, the tea is named as so because it was picked by specially-trained monkeys from tea bushes not accessible to humans. Also, the shape of the leaves vaguely resemble the claws of a monkey.
