Brewing instructions: Anhui Black Tea
Weigh out 2 to 3 grams of black tea leaves. Infuse the leaves in a teapot filled with freshly-boiled water for around three minutes. The same leaves can be used to re-brew many more cups of tea, until the flavour from the leaves has been exhausted.
Anhui is a major tea producing region in China home to several famous tea varieties including Huangshan Maofeng, Keemun and Luan Guapian.
