    How to make

    Weigh out 2 to 3 grams of oolong tea leaves. Infuse the leaves in a teapot filled with freshly-boiled water for around three minutes. The same leaves can be used to re-brew many more cups of tea, until the flavour from the leaves has been exhausted.

    Wuyi Mountain Range

    The Wuyi Mountain Range is located near the border between Fujian and Zhejiang provinces. This area has a rich and prolonged history in the production of oolong teas, and is the birthplace of oolong teas as we know them today.
