How to make
Weigh out 2 to 3 grams of black tea leaves. Infuse the leaves in a teapot filled with freshly-boiled water for around three minutes. The same leaves can be used to re-brew many more cups of tea, until the flavour from the leaves has been exhausted.
The Himalayan tea center - Darjeeling - is prized amongst connoisseurs and steeped in history. The area's harvests are of a distinct flavour due to the regions unique agro-climatic conditions. The gardens are very scenic with beautiful forests, mountains and streams. Many of the worlds most-prized teas are grown in Darjeeling.
