Infuse one blooming tea ball in a medium-to-large glass teapot for 4 to 5 minutes. The optimal water temperature to brew blooming tea is just under boiling water - around 90-95ºC or 194-203ºF. Once the tea ball has unravelled, you can use the same leaves to re-steep many more cups of tea until the flavour has been exhausted.
Wengyangcun Tea Garden
The green tea material for this tea comes from a 90 acre tea garden located high up in the mountains of Fu'an, Ningde, Fujian Province, China. Here, No.6 cultivar tea trees are grown at an altitude of 800m to produce white and green tea. The leaves are processed in a factory nearby in Fu'an City.
