    Infuse around two grams / 1 heaped teaspoon of loose leaves in 80ºC water for around 5 minutes, yielding a nice dark-copper liquor. The leaves can be re-steeped up to three times or until the flavour has been exhausted. Milk, sugar and honey may be added to taste.
