Charming robust green tea grown in Jiangxi Province in South East China. Jiangxi is the birthplace of Chunmee green teas. Chunmee is a very popular variety of green tea drunk across mainland China. The tightly-rolled leaves are often nicknamed "precious eyebrow tea", referring to the thin hand-rolled eyebrow shape. Once infused, the taste is smooth and grassy.Chunmee should be brewed around 70-75°C for 1-2 minutes, releasing a rich and floral taste. Although the leaves will begin to unroll during the first infusion, the same leaves can be infused at least three times.
