Brewing instructions: Chunmee
How to make
Weigh out 2 to 3 grams of green tea leaves. Place the leaves in a teapot or gaiwan, and fill with 70-75ºC water for two minutes. The same leaves can be used to re-brew many more cups of tea, until the flavour from the leaves has been exhausted.
The base green tea material for this tea grown in the landlocked province of Jiangxi, located in the South East of China. It was here in Jiangxi that Chunmee green tea was first born.
