    How to make

    Sift a heaped teaspoon of powder into a small cup/bowl using a small sifter. Add 90-95ºC water and strongly whisk in a zig zag direction until the tea turns into a frothy green liquid. You may then enjoy drinking your Matcha directly from the bowl, or pour it into a cup and add steamed milk for a latte.
